Lennox Head Visitor Information

Lennox Head is situated on the NSW Far North Coast in what is arguably one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Australia.
The golden sands of Seven Mile Beach stretch north to Broken Head and to the south the beach ends with Lennox Point which rises from the sea amidst the perfect waves swirling at its rocky feet. A short walk from the centre of town and minutes from the beach is Lake Ainsworth and its tea tree waters are a favourite sail boarding, canoeing and swimming spot.
Just a 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of tourist Mecca Byron Bay to the north and a 15 minute drive to the river and shopping centres of Ballina, Lennox Head is perfectly situated. It is also just over an hours drive to all of the
Gold Coasts theme parks if you are looking for a faster pace for the day.
If you grow tired of sitting on the beautiful white washed beaches, a little further a field lies the beauty of the hinterland and its sub tropical rainforests and waterfalls.
