The Terrace is located in a quiet area and very centrally located, with an easy pedestrian overpass directly to Shelly Beach and only mins to Ballina Central were you will find all your requirements such as retail shopping, cinemas, clubs and activities. Grab a coffee, sit by the Richmond river, and explore the interesting maritime museum and surrounding areas.
This home is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and large outdoor undercover area to enjoy a family Bbq. When it gets too hot enjoy the air-conditioned family space. A single lock-up garage completes this property.

Janice S - 25th March 2025The house was very well equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. House was very clean. Our car was secure in the lockup garage. Beds were comfortable with 2 modern bathrooms. It was an easy walk to the beach. We felt very much at home in this house and I would recommend.

Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of storage space. Car was secure in their lock up garage. Beach was an easy walk away. This house offered everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday and I highly recommend.

Rachel S - 25th June 2024The property was very clean with modern amenities. It is neat and clean, and the bathrooms are newly renovated and other areas are well maintained. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the town centre, via a picturesque coastal walk. Shelley Beach cafe is a must. We will visit again.

The staff are friendly, efficient and go the extra mile to find appropriate accommodation and communication is first class. And a tip. If you are after family size accommodation, ask them about The Terrace. It is fabulously equipped, as clean as clean can be, quiet and a short stroll to Angels Beach, a gem. Paul J. S. A.

Ellen - 5th December 2022I stayed here for a girls trip and we were all very happy with the location and facilities. We had a rental car so the garage is very handy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and there was some simple pantry items to use. Although the weather wasn’t to our advantage the walk was short and lovely. Elizabeth was wonderful and accommodating. Instructions for key pick up were very easy. We went to one of the waterfalls as recommended in the guest guide and loved it. I will definitely consider bringing my partner and daughter here another time !

So many extras!
Jesse - 3rd November 2021A really quiet and peaceful street. Great location for walking to Angel's Beach, or driving up to cafes at Lennox Head. Was very impressed by the large variety of additional kitchen items provided; electric beaters, coffee percolator, huge number of pots/pans, plates, salad bowls, utensils, cups and accessories. Almost anything you can think of, this kitchen has multiple versions of it! If you like cooking on your holidays, this is the place to be. Nice modern 55 inch TV as well, makes it very enjoyable to stay in for a movie on the days when you're not at the beach. Would be perfect for two or three couples, as it's bigger than it looks in the photos, with multiple private outdoor areas. Very impressed, I can't imagine a better place to stay in the Ballina or Lennox Head area.

Even though it was a bit out of the way it was otherwise fabulous. All essentials provided, plus extras. Some nice touches. great TV. Great outdoor area.
