Aqua's interior is spacious, modern and breezy with guests enjoying pure ocean views from the dining, living and main bedroom. The apartment is fitted with smart TV and unlimited wifi. An internal staircase connects the entrance to the main living area.
A walk away you will find the towns many cafes and highly-rated restaurants. A morning stroll along the Lennox Point Walk, starting at the front door, makes for the perfect start to a North Coast day.
The property is a short drive to Byron Bay and the nearby hinterland villages of Bangalow and Newrybar. A covered 2 space garage and driveway is located at the back of the home with beach-side street parking at the front.

What a view!
Mairi B - 31st July 2024Fantastic spot to relax, watch the waves, surfers and let the day drift by! Was very difficult to find in the dark but after a few attempts we found the door and got in. Keys are at the office so make sure you get them there first! BBQ and kitchen area well equipped so cooking was super easy! TV room has a sparce layout but, in truth, we never used it because the lounge area and balcony were so appealing!

Getaway

Beds were super comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Lennox beach and village is an easy walk. Spectacular location
Stephen Ralph - 20th March 2023Fantastic ocean views and close to town. A few issues though - no aircon or fans in living area, tended to be hot and stuffy. A few pedestal fans would have made a difference. Some minor issues - no extra garbage bags and toilet paper ran out on day 1. Kid safe gates at top of both stairs required - our 2-year old fell half way down the main stairs causing bleeding nose and drama. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

lisa sewell - 21st April 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful position but feels it needs a maintenance over haul . The shutters in the main bedroom are broken therefore cannot keep the light or sun out. Also mould is around the windows. Also I think if we are paying for the 6 nights there needs to be enough essentials ie. Toilet paper dishwashing tablets dishwashing liquid more than one tea towel. The linen itself was very thin one of the bath towels was even torn through wear. In saying this we loved it.

Home was very comfortable but a little strange in its design and floorplan with massive WIR & study but no Ensuite. Also not a proper laundry just a cupboard with a washing machine with no tub . Also there is no bathtub. Would also have appreciate a tv in the main bedroom. The ladies at LJ Hooker were lovey to deal with and we appreciate the bottle of wine and chocolates left for us for our wedding anniversary. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

David - 6th October 2020The views of the ocean from this home are amazing. Morning coffee and afternoon beers on the balcony create a great relaxing atmosphere. Beach and walking path seconds away. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Only deterrent for those like us staying more then a couple of days is there is no dryer, nor clothes line. Made washing/drying difficult and is reason a star was removed from rating. Overall though, a very nice place to visit and relax for a short stay.

John - 14th January 2020House position was wonderful so close to the beach and a short stroll to the town Centre. Sitting on the deck with a morning coffee or an afternoon beer is second to none watching the waves break along 7mile beach!!!!!!... Only thing missing in the home was a clothes dryer for rainy days all other appointments were spot on great holiday house we will be back.

First of all: super comfy beds in every room (a rarity in holiday accommodation), beautiful furnishings and every dish, utensil and platter you could need. The view was also unbeatable. Its a ten minute stroll into town where youll find nice restaurants and a relaxed coastal town atmosphere. The staff at LJ Hooker made everything easy with our booking - what a great team.

Stunning ocean frontage views as far as the eye could see, we lost ourselves for hours on the balcony over looking the ocean. The Barby on the deck was a nice touch & utilized daily. TeamB - 26th June 2019We were a group of 3 couples sharing this property. Perfect location, views to die for, wonderful deck, very spacious. The only small critique would be itd be nice to of had salt and pepper, odd that there was none. Lounge in Media room should be swapped with lounge at the front. Water pressure for warm water was nil if both showers are being used. Need more tea towels. Not big things but would make the stay a little more comfy. Thanks, we had a lovely weekend.

adel - 9th November 2018You will not be disappointed staying at Aqua - the view is out of this world you wont want to leave the deck - but if you do venture out the beach is steps away and the centre of town only about a 5 min stroll along the board walk. We booked for a girls weekend away and loved every minute. Wed definitely stay again!
