Downstairs includes a second air-conditioned living room with sliding doors that open onto a deck and a grassy yard. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with wardrobes and ceiling fans and three with air-conditioning. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite, and there is an additional modern bathroom, with a bath and separate shower. A New York style internal laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer for those staying a little longer.
