Paddle on 7 Mile is a beautifully appointed, luxury beach house located within minutes from the crashing waves of 7 Mile Beach at Lennox Head. This architecturally designed and decorated home is a modern take of the iconic Cape Cod beach house, built to take advantage of the ocean breezes and all that Lennox and the surrounding Byron area has to offer.
Every aspect of your holiday comfort is catered for with luxury bedding to accommodate a large family group sleeping up to 8, exquisite bathrooms including a mater bedroom ensuite with stand alone bath tub, a sparkling pool, and a fully equipped kitchen which extends to a fabulous outdoor dining and BBQ area.
There are two internal living areas and several outdoor areas to dine, relax or find a quiet spot to listen to the waves or read a book. The hot and cold outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach. The master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a separate television and reading room, an expansive veranda and views to the ocean.

A great choice for our 5 night sibling and mum girls getaway. The LJ Hooker team was very responsive when we had a little hiccup with hot water (due to an overnight storm we think) and attended to the matter immediately... exceptional service from them. Large outdoor spaces, pool and separate living areas are highlights of the property.

Well appointed with everything you need for a family stay. Simply awesome. Perfect for our family break of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Perfect location with a hop skip and a jump to the beach, lake a 5 minute walk away as are the shops. Lovely little cafe located across the road. Will definitely come back for another relaxing family catch up.
Luxury house in a great location
Ben - 22nd February 2021We just finished up a six night stay in Lennox at this house. I’m so glad we picked it. The location can’t be beat - a short stumble to lake Ainsworth, or a slightly longer walk to the shops and cafes. There is also the excellent Williams Street a mere 20 meters from the house, where we enjoyed coffee and also dinner one night. The house is huge - more than enough space for the 3 of us. It was a challenge figuring out where I wanted to sit each afternoon! They also thought of everything - especially in the kitchen. I was comfortable enough to cook a few meals. Everything was also very very clean which in this covid era is certainly a must. The plunge pool outside was also a great addition. It was a bit pricey but justifiably so and we would happily stay here again.

Fabulous beach pad!

We especially loved the pool as the water was always the perfect temperature. We would highly recommend it to anyone and can't wait to return in the near future.

Modern home with 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 living areas and a great bbq space next to the pool. The house was also close to the patrol beach and lake Ainsworth (5 minute walk) and popular cafes such as Shelter and William St. Would stay again 10/10!
Wonderful

Having shops so close allowed us to have fresh croissants in the morning and delicious pizza at night. The space of the house was wonderful and I would definitely try and came back.
